Summary:

Perform maintenance activities in all areas of building and grounds maintenance and repair.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Perform duties unsupervised

2. Able to evaluate and solve problems

Minimum Requirements:

Education

-High School Diploma/GED

-Driver's License

-Maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge

-Basic knowledge of maintenance work

-Mechanically inclined

Skills

-Skills in basic maintenance work(plumbing,electrical, and carpentry)

-Operations of all related equipment use in maintenance work

Physical Requirements

-Good physical condition

-Able to lift 50 lbs
